rich text format - sizing bands

Help I'm very new at using Infomaker. I have version 7 and I"m trying
to create a report in Rich Text format. I'm redoing a document which
used to be a mailmerge. My problem is the whole report is in the
DETAILS band but I can only see about an inch of it - I can't seem to
make the other bands (HEADER, FOOTER ) any smaller. I'm not getting
the doublearrow when hovering on the band footer. Can somebody please
help me.
