In trying to run a dynamo web site, I get the following error every
time a web page that has a web datawindow is displayed:

WEB DW GENERATION ERROR: Not connected to server component.
The static pages are displayed without any error.
The s/w configuration I am using is:
EAServer 4.1.1
PowerBuilder 8.0
POwer Dynamo 3.6
ASA 7.0
Could anyone suggest a resolution, please?
