IF Output of Kenwood TS870

Hello to the group

I did some tests with the IF output of the Kenwood TS870. I have seen that the output appears to be low-level and probably needs to be amplified. 

I wonder if it is enough to ensure a good efficiency when combined with Power SDR IF Stage 

Does anyone have any experience with this?
