Kenwood TS-480 tapping 2nd IF (10695 KHz)

I am looking for the correct point for tapping the 2nd IF (10695 KHz)
from my Kenwood TS-480 SAT for connecting an external SDR receiver,
possibly the PM-SDR. Unfortunately, modern Kenwoods does not have IF
output, like olders TS-830s, TS-940, TS-850 etc.
What is the correct point for this on the TS-480? Has anybody made
this mod?

Someone has done this modification on a TS2000. I have seen pictures and description her on yahoo reflector.
Guess it was the ts480-reflector. I dont know if 480 and 2000 has same IF.

Hi Tore, I have already seen it. A very well written mod has been
written by Doug Hall, K4DSP.
As far as I know, there are some major differences between TS-2000 &
TS-480, mainly on IF filtering.
Ts-2000 uses IF DSP filtering, 480 uses crystal filters.
