1. What TnD IS
 
a) Opportunity to apply the distinctions of  the CommCurriculum with strangers, to cause Love& Affinity
b) Opportunity to be of service
c) Opportunity to Practice difficult unfamiliar conversations, with strangers, to experience Declined Invitations, to experience Failure in enrollment & registration
d) Being in Integrity with our Agreement in TMLP, to do at least 3 hrs of TnD at the Centre or at a Landmark Event, or at a special event thatsupports the Comm Curriculum
e) Being On Purpose to fulfill on both our Agreement, and also the Objectives of the Comm Curriculum and TMLP
f) Opportunity to experience Transformation of our space, and even miracles, through being in Integrity with our Word
g) Opportunity to fulfill on our personal Objectives for this Quarter, by keeping them AT Stake when doing TnD
 
 
 
2. What TnD IS NOT
 
a) Assisting (in any form)
b) Hanging out at the Centre, chatting & doing Time Pass
c) Service to Landmark Edu
d) Selling Landmark Edu programmes
e) Being present at Comm Curriculum courses and helping Reg teams, supporting the coaches  -  - TnD is about engaging & interacating with people, causing enrollment into their Possibilities, and causing Registrations
 
3. Measuring TnD
see various tools in previous mails -
1. The primary measure is the performance Report
2. The secondary tool is the Register at the Centre
3. These measures only report on someone having gone to Centre for TnD. So far , it is up to the team member to measure the Effectiveness of their TnD
 
4. Causing TnD - Support Structures
a) Reminder mails from TnD Accountables (individually or as Team )
b) Schedulers, reminders & Alerts in team members phones / organizer / diary such that they are able to be notified well in advance that they have TnD Scheduled on a given day
c) Callouts from TnD Team (assuming TnD accountable causes a support team to support in this activity) to verbally remind people about their TnD scheduled for a give day & time
d) Clearing Calls from T2s (or Buddy) before starting TnD Calls
e) Confirmation Calls from team members to TnD Accountables to confirm that they went for TnD.
