Chinese Glyph instead of powerline symbols !

Hello;

I am using vim-airline. but the font issue is related to powerline so here it goes:

I put powerline symbol otf font and also PragmataPro in `/usr/local/share/fonts` and echo -e "\xE2\x98\xA0" returns ☠ .
