I have created a Git repository for Powerline on gitorious:

http://gitorious.org/powerline/powerline

Also, as a side note, Powerline 0.3 "Cross Country" is finally in development. So far, most of the development has focused on bugfixes and a new interface, but at least the following features will be supported:

* Reservations: make a reservation for a computer ahead of time (while still allowing walk-in signups)
* Per-system policies: Change the allowable number of sessions and session length per system.
* SIP2: As a replacement for the currently somewhat quirky Koha plugin, there will be better integrated SIP2 support, allowing Powerline to interface with a much larger number of ILSes.

If you're a developer, feel free to take a look; though the current HEAD is not very usable, it is on its way.

This is awesome, Jesse. Thank you! We were wondering if it is possible
to add a "add time" feature to the admin and/or timer window on the client?

Thanks again for all your hard work

This would be doable, yes. I've been a bit more busy with work than I
thought, and Powerline's fallen by the wayside, but I'll add it to the
to-do list.
