Before getting to the issue let me tell you that our local libray
staff love Powerline and can't imagine how they ever did without it.

The server running Powerline suffered an unclean shutdown this past
weekend as a result of a loss of power that exceeded the UPS capacity.
Since then the statistics page posts correct daily session data, but
excessive numbers for Sessions this Week and Sessions this Month, and
too few sessions for Sessions this Year.

Running a query from the mysql prompt for sessions between date1 and
date2 returns the correct number of sessions. I've run mysqlcheck on
the powerline database and tables and everything is fine. The date on
the server is correct and I've restarted mysql and Powerline a few
times but the problem persists.

Any suggestions for how to track down and fix the problem?

Addendum: Sessions this Year are correct. Sorry!

Just so you know this didn't fall down a hole: I've heard of issues with the statistics in Powerline, so it's not just you. Will try to track down the exact problem soon.

Glad you like Powerline, and I'll see if I can figure out this little hiccup.

Thanks for the reply. Today with the change to a new month and before the library opened,  Powerline reports Sessions this Month as 549 when the total should be 0. The total for September from the database is 242, and the August total is 466. Hope this helps in the troubleshooting.

Thanks again!
