Version .8 is a highly reorganized, cleaned, and unit tested new version. It's also accompanied by a rearranged site and a working paper describing all the ins and outs of fitting power laws, with figures.

This version and working paper are part of the run up to a submitted paper on power and an accompanying version 1.0.

Changes:

-bug fix in the CDF of the truncated power law.

-Lots of docstrings for functions, classes and methods
