Duplicate UDT4J.dll in the source tree?

Hello, there are two files in the svn source tree as follows:
http://dev.powerfolder.com/powerfolder/svn/PowerFolder/trunk/src/etc/udt4j.dll
http://dev.powerfolder.com/powerfolder/svn/PowerFolder/trunk/src/etc/UDT4J.dll
The difference in names is only by case. I think this makes Windows
SVN client to choke on this file:
Problem running log
svn: In directory 'D:\PS_DEV\Workspace\PowerFolder\src\etc'
The system cannot find the file specified.
svn: Can't copy 'D:\PS_DEV\Workspace\PowerFolder\src\etc\.svn\tmp\text-
base\udt4j.dll.svn-base' to 'D:\PS_DEV\Workspace\PowerFolder\src\etc
\.svn\tmp\udt4j.dll.tmp.tmp': The system cannot find the file
specified.

This seems to be only included in the branch 3.0.0.

Are these soucrces supposed to be in consositent state?
Line 115 of the ChooseDiskLocationPanel.java references
FolderCreatePanel constructor with a single parameter. There is no
single parmeter constructor in FolderCreatePanel.java

The SVN sourcebase is currently moving and might be inconsistent.
We hope to have a compilable version ready after the weekend.

The problem is, I never programmed java before, and this was my first
time seeing eclipse and ant and JDK =) So in terms of a java project I
will hardly be able to contribute much. But thank you for your offer.
