cmd windows not open~

to PowerCmd
1. xp[kr] sp3 , with about 300 programs [all jenre]
PowerCmd is installed ok, all menu are act ok, but cmd(dos windos)
window never open
(another 298 programs are ok~~~~~)
2. same xp[kr] sp3 , with 10 programs in Vmware, SunVirtualbox etc
PowerCmd is good program~~
3. PowerCmd ver1.1~ ver2.0 is same
so i think change PowerCmd's algorithms for windows7 or later~
or
expect PowerCmd Ver3.0
