I'm using PowerCmd 2.1 and find that the up and down arrows do not
retrieve the command history, but instead move the cursor around the
screen.

That may be useful for selecting and editing commands, but it is
really cumbersome as a way to repeat commands and defeats the whole
purpose of PowerCmd.

Using the F7 and F8 keys does not work right either because selecting
a command in the list executes it immediately, instead of loading it
into the command line. This means that one cannot edit arguments
before execution on retrieved commands.

Generally, I am satisfied with the purchase of the program, but until
those issues are fixed, I won't be able to use it very much in my
daily work.

Some minor bugs: The "Help" toolbar button calls up the "About" box,
not the help file. When the help file is called from the "Help" menu,
it steals control from the application so that one cannot continue
using PowerCmd without closing help first.

After some experimentation I have found that PowerCmd treats the
cursor up and down on the cursor pad differently from those on the
number pad (with numlock off). Using the cursor pad keys works
properly to move up and down the command line stack.

I have also re-read the help file carefully and found that Ctrl+Enter
handles the F7 and F8 windows the way I expect, so that is not a
problem (counter intuitive, though).

I have also found that if the help file is minimized, rather than
closed, one can use PowerCmd without closing help. That isn't ideal,
but it is a workaround.

So the only actual bug remaining on my list is that the Help button on
the toolbar summons the "About" box rather than the help file.
