Help menu should have option to "check for upgrade"

Hi,
considering the tremendous upgrade frequency of PowerCmd, you should
have an option in the help menu:
"Check for upgrades"

The menu item "Check for Updates" has ever existed in previous
verision. It has been moved from menu item to "Preference" -> "Auto
Update" tab. With the button on the tab page, you will be able to
check for updates and get the detailed information.

You can enable auto update in that tab page and get notified when
there are updates.
