Where's my vertical scroll bar (How do I scroll back?)

I'm using PowerCmd to connect to a Linux server through a ipmiutil
utility (isolconsole). When I "cat" a file, the multiple page content
scrolls by too quickly to read and when its done, the output shows one
line for every screen (page of output) and I can't scroll back.
There's no vertical scroll bar and I can't seem to figure out how to
activate it.
