If your PowerBullet Presenter .swf file has no animations, you could print the .swf  to a .pdf  ( Portable Document Format ) file and from there convert the .pdf  file to the PowerPoint format.
 
If your PowerBullet Presenter .swf file has animations, you could convert the .swf  file to a MS video format and import that video into the PowerPoint program.
 
Otherwise, you would need to recreate the contents of your PowerBullet Presenter .swf  file as PowerPoint "objects" and add the necessary motion paths present in the original PowerBullet Presenter .swf files.
 
I wish you great success with your challenge and do not envy your position in the least.
