Job Title :: Technical PowerBuilder/.NET Lead

Location :: 2x/week onsite in Addison, TX 75001 

Duration :: 6 Months  CTH

Experience :: 10+ Years

Note:: Need DL/Visa and LinkedIn and try to find local for hybrid 

Must be a PowerBuilder SME

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, work on exciting projects, and grow in a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, setting high standards for software design, coding, testing, build, deployment, and operations.
• Define, design, and deliver technical improvements and capabilities based on technical debt identification, strategic architectural direction, and business needs.
• Write high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Bring extensive software development experience to the team, staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, guiding the team in adopting innovative solutions and maintaining technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree ; Major: Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• Master's Degree preferred
• 8+ years software development experience.
• Proven experience in PowerBuilder, .NET or Java development, SQL, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in version control systems. (e.g.: Git)
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
