Position : Infra Automation Engineer

Location : Riverwoods, IL

Type : Contract

Client : Cognizant

Job Description:

• Define automation policies to ensure automation are well controlled Automation Tools, workflow development for Run Book automation

• Automation Tools and ITSM integration using the REST API payload Automation tools integration with other 3rd party tools using SOAP call

• Expert in scripting - Powershell, Shell, Ansible, Python Knowledge in Windows, Linux, Database, Middleware & SAN Infrastructure

• Knowledge of ITSM tools, monitoring tool with integration phase of RBA, Ansible, Splunk

• Expert in troubleshooting and technical knowledge on having core troubleshooting RBA, Ansible, Splunk.

• Automation Tools SME, expertise in implementation, managing, configuring, and troubleshooting specific tools related problems

• Automation Tools upgrade, enable new integration and support developer on any automation onboarding challenges

• Design automation workflow design, development, and integration

• Establish best practices, access security, data security, etc.

• Experience in any of the orchestrator tools like, EyeShare, UIpath etc.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes Experience in AD, Exchange, O365.

• Knowledge of having windows platforms and Unix platforms

• Knowledge of monitoring tools

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
