Announcement: Power TAC server and sample broker Release 1.9.0 is now available

Today I completed the release of version 1.9.0 of the server and sample broker. Download links and release notes are available on the wiki. I apologize for the late release this year, we were determined to include the new EvCharger model, and that turned out to be a much more complex undertaking than we had anticipated.

Unless someone finds a problem with the release, this is the version we will use for the 2022 competition. Note that if your broker is configured to depend on a SNAPSHOT version of broker-core, it may fail to build at some point in the future. It's easy to update that dependency, in your pom.xml just change 1.9.0-SNAPSHOT to 1.9.0.

We hope to release our experiment manager soon as well. Stay tuned.
