HTTPS for TS en weatherserver

Dear Participants,

I've enable SSL for both the TournamentScheduler and the WeatherServer.

This means that from now you have to configure the tourneyUrl with https instead of plain http. This configuration is in the broker.properties file.

If you are running games locally, you need to pull the changes (in server-main) from GitHub.
