2017 Summit - November 4th, 1pm.

Hey folks,

We've scheduled this year's Summit for Saturday, November 4th at 1pm central time.

The summit is where we review how the season went, discuss changes, and decide on new rules for the next season.

This year we will be talking about forming an official board of organizers to help take some of the load off Jim and Patrick. If you haven't joined the Slack channel, send me a PM and I'll get you an invite.

The Summit will take place in person at Pumping Station: One in Chicago. If you are able and willing to join, we encourage you to be there. If you need a place to crash, speak up, and we can probably find someplace for you. (It's super fun and we party afterwards. Sometimes even race around in the back alley. It's good times. There is always beer. And pizza.)

If you are unable to attend in person. There will be a way to call/video in remotely. I warn you that it is much more difficult to participate this way, but we understand that schedules and budgets do not permit everyone to travel so we try to accommodate remote participation. We do ask that if you are calling in, you gather with as many people in your area as possible so we have as few call ins as possible. The video streaming bandwidth will thank you.

Feel free to direct any questions at me! Closer to the summit we will be releasing a document with agenda items. At that time, you can submit anything you would like to have discussed.
