New client site available at the MEB "short range" mMIMO deployment

Hello POWDER Community,
The POWDER and RENEW teams are pleased to announce the addition of a
second Iris client radio site at the MEB "short range" deployment.
Client Site #1 is now online with two Iris 030 radios and available
for reservation and use. This client deployment is closer to the
array, and is located to the right side on the MEB east penthouse
rooftop (when facing south), at 66 ft away. Please see the updated
diagrams on the RENEW wiki:

The `renewlab` profile has been updated to allow for allocating one or
both sets of Iris client sites on top of MEB. We hope that you find
these new resources useful!
