IMPORTANT: Major upgrade/downtime coming on October 3rd

The Emulab cluster servers (which also provide access to all resources in Powder) are being upgraded on October 3rd between 7am and 6pm MDT. During this time you will not be able to login to Powder to start, manage, or terminate any experiment instances.

All Powder resources will be unavailable for the duration of the downtime. We advise users to not schedule experiments to run on this day as we will also be doing some switch fabric reorganization while the servers are down.
