N310 not available on attenuator matrix

Hi,

I’m trying to instantiate an experiment using one of the n310s on the attenuator matrix, specifically n300-1, but I’m getting an error message that no n310 is available for use (please see attached). However, the cluster page shows that all the n300s are free. I get the same error when I try to use n300-2

Please how can this be resolved?

By default we don't provision access to N310 devices for projects as they have tended to be a more niche/unique resource (though that will likely change in the not-to-distant future). I have granted permission for project `privacyloc`.
