I am currently running an OTA indoor experiment using the following POWDER profile:
Profile: gnuradio_otalab
When I execute the relevant command, it returns an empty device address. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
To troubleshoot the issue, I have already:
  • Performed a flash recovery on the node
  • Power-cycled the node
However, the behavior remains unchanged.
Could you please help me investigate this issue or suggest any additional troubleshooting steps?

Hello Md Rabiul,

Please provide a link to the running experiment. The link you have provided is for instantiating the profile you are using, which is not what we need for diagnosing the problem.

BR,
-Kirk

Hello Md Rabiul,

[ Please just address me as "Kirk"; I do not have a doctorate degree... ]

I have confirmed that the radio does not ping in its current state. The node and switch ports for both the node and the radio show "link up". It may be that the 10G Ethernet SFP+ transceiver in the radio has a problem and needs to be replaced. Someone on-site at the University will need to check it. I have asked one of the other POWDER team members to have a look. No ETA at this time on when this will happen.

BR,
-Kirk

`ota-x310-1` is back online. You should be good to proceed with your experiment.
