Question About POWDER OTA Agreement: Individual Requests & Approval Timeline

Hi POWDER Team,

I have a quick question regarding the POWDER Over-The-Air (OTA) Use Agreement and the access request process.

and the OTA agreement description, I wanted to clarify:

1. Do all project members need to submit an individual OTA access request, or is it sufficient for the project leader to submit a single request on behalf of the entire project (after sharing the agreement text with all members)?

2. What is the typical approval timeline for OTA access requests once the required information is submitted? The documentation mentions “a few days,” but I wanted to check if that is still the expected turnaround.
