Making experiment in the Indoor OTA lab

I can see online that the indoor OTA lab is available today from 5PM - 5/11 4AM. I am trying to make an experiment from 5/8 5PM - 5/11 11PM but I am getting an error saying the resources are being used. I have attached pictures as to what I see. Further if I make this reservation will it be possible for it to be approved by today, so I can start working on it after 5PM.
