Question about enabling RAN slicing using srsue, srsRAN gNB, open5GS core

I am having an issue with connecting my srsue's to my srsRAN gNB while enabling network slices. I am able to get my gNB to connect to the core but the srsue is stuck on 'Attaching UE' meaning it is not able to connect.

 If anyone has done something similar using srsue's I can share the config files I am using.

Can you say what profile you are using? Do you have a running experiment we can look at?

currently no, the plan is to replicate the experiment in the Outdoor OTA lab. Before doing so I want to get the system working on local. I have asked the same question on the forum for srsRAN_4G and yet to receive any insight. I figured people here might have worked on something similar so was hoping they could share their insights. If someone can help I can share the config files that I am using.

Hard to guess at the problem without a lot more detail… but if the gNB doesn’t indicate that the UE is sending a random access preamble, I’d guess there is some RF issue (TX/RX gains need to be adjusted, radios are too far away, etc).

I should have mentioned I am using ZMQ as I dont locally have access to SDR's. 

For some further information here are the config files that I am using. 

The actual error being that the srsue gets stuck on the 'Attaching UE' step. I could also share log files although the errors from my reading were not the most helpful.
