Issue with booking experiment in the Indoor OTA lab

Hi all

I am trying to book an experiment for 4.5 days in the Indoor OTA lab, I want to start the experiment from 12/23/24 9:00 AM Eastern - 12/27/14 9:00PM Eastern. I can see that x310 and nuc groups 3 and 4 are available at that time.

But when I go to make an experiment it says that the resources for the x310 and nuc are being used at that time (both 3 and 4).

If you guys have to trim the experiment, you can do so as you see fit. I requested a bit longer for this as it happens during Christmas so want some extra time to run the experiment and I doubt the demand would be as high during that week.

Hello Adithya,

I will send out a message to the POWDER Users Google Group to clarify
the issue here (as we should have done already), but just to let you
know now, we have moved to an "all or none" policy for reserving
devices in the indoor OTA lab. This means that the lab essentially
needs to be completely open to reserve anything in there. I have
started a discussion about how we present this in the reservation
interface. I'll elaborate on why we switched to this policy in my
message to the Google Group.

I have now made an experiment in the Indoor OTA lab from 12/26 7:00 PM - 12/30 4:00 AM. I have booked all the resources due to the information you have shared about how the Indoor OTA lab works now. This should be approved and I should get the resources correct.
