Apologies for the extended downtime.

We lost contact with the Internet at large at about 1am MDT this morning due to an upstream network issue. This is still being worked on. We will let you know when this is resolved.

What happens to the approved reservations during these moments? Do they also get extended to compensate for the lost times?

Not automatically, no. We have no direct control over the present
issue as it is with our upstream network provider (University IT). We
are putting pressure on them to fix the problem ASAP.
