Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to create multiple gNB on top of oran profile. Each gNB will will have one/few UEs.

- I was able to create multiple gnb and connect UE to the gNB.
- I utilized tx port and rx port. UE is also getting IP addresses from the Core
- Default set of gNB and UE (as described in oran profile) is working fine. The iperf test was successful.
- For other pairs, UE requests are reaching to the Core, but from Core to UE is failing. How can I make it work?
- Is there any better approach other than tx port/rx port to force UE to choose a gNB?

I have attached the necessary configuration file. Please help me resolve this issue

Regards,
Mahibul

It's possible that /etc/srslte/user_db.csv does not have credentials for
each UE. Please make sure all UE credentials are present in
/etc/srslte/user_db.csv. You cannot edit this file while `srsepc` is
running; it will update the file when it exits; this is a common source
of problems. Please make sure to kill your running `srsepc`; add
credentials; then restart.

With srsRAN 4G, you can only connect one simulated UE to each simulated
eNB via the zeromq ports. Other users have reported success with
gnuradio flowgraphs (see
https://groups.google.com/g/powder-users/c/R7GVYuUO_p8), although I have
not tried that myself.

Hi David,

Thank you for your guidance. I am finally able to launch multiple gNB and each gNB can connect to multiple UEs. But I could not make it work with srsEPC. I used open5gs as CN. I am not sure whether it's a limitation for srsEPC as the same configuration works for other CN.

Mahibul
