No network connectivity on the experimental interface

Hi,

I have the following experiment: https://www.powderwireless.net/status.php?uuid=d676e8ee-a1d4-4858-a7f3-98058b95f49a

node1's experimental interface is showing "NO-CARRIER" and no network connectivity between node1 and node2 through the experimental interface.

How can I resolve this issue?

There is a problem with connectivity to the `pc35-fort` node in your
experiment. We are investigating. It will likely require someone to go
to the Fort datacenter to troubleshoot. No ETA at this time.

I tracked this down as far as determining that packets sent from pc37 to pc35 make it just fine, but packets send from pc35 make it to the switch that pc37 is connected to, but don't appear to be seen on pc37. It occurs to me that you are using the BF3 NIC on pc37, so you should ensure it is not filtering packets or in some bad state. Are you reprogramming the BF3?
