POWDER upstream network outage starting April 16th at 11 PM MDT

Hi all,

We have been informed of a core network upgrade upstream of the University of Utah taking place starting April 16th at 11 PM MDT.  The downtime window given to us was four hours, so we would expect the upgrade to be finished by approximately April 17th at 3 AM MDT, if not earlier.  The POWDER portal and all experiment equipment will be inaccessible during this time, but experiment nodes should not lose connectivity to our control servers or to each other.  Please plan ahead to avoid data loss due to expiring experiments during this time.
