Unable to reserve Indoor OTA Lab resource

I’m trying to reserve some nodes in the Indoor OTA Lab for a time window that appears available on the resource availability page. However, when I submit the reservation, the system returns an error indicating that the lab is already booked for that period. Could this be a system issue, or are there some reservations that aren't visible on the resource page?

Hello Chibuikem,

I have responded separately to your related email message sent to the
POWDER support email address. For the record, there was a stray
reservation for just spectrum in the indoor OTA lab, with no radio
resources to go along with it. This has been cleared.
