Hi. Would like to know the person handling the old yearbook. Reason being: Melissa Dy, who is no longer in Poveda, paid for a copy when she was still with us; but she never received one. How can she acquire her copy?

Hi Trina,

Melissa Dy did not receive her yearbook because this was distributed only last year (July 18 per archived email below) when she was no longer in Poveda.

She will have to come to Poveda then to claim her yearbook from the registrar's office. She needs to present an ID when she claims. It is best to call before claiming so that the said yearbook can be pulled out from the warehouse before she comes.

The yearbook has already been delivered to the school. According to the HS principal, Ms. Guttierez, target distribution is tomorrow at the covered walk (in front of Oben). The girls may just go and claim their yearbooks by presenting their IDs. A master list will be available and the girls will just have to sign to signify they have received their copies.
