MS Access 2019 form supplies data to send an email via Outlook 2019.The recipient (email address) will not populate the email "To" box unless it is text, but will not if it is an email. When 'proving the VBA data transfer via msgbox, it will. I suspect it could be my dim declaration type but I have tried others such as string and variant(illustrated)The code below will allow the MsgBox to run, but nothing else.My form fields are named" 'Name' txtRecip, and 'EMail' txtEmailAny ideas? Thanks in advanceFred
I have a very odd problem/behavior with a Power Automate Flow.
The purpose of the flow is to automatically file emails into the relevant client folder.
There are hundreds of clients so maintaining Outlook rules isn't an option, and it needs to work for both inbound and outbound emails.
Now for the extra special strangeness.
Currently, this is only failing when one particular outlook Folder_ID is returned, but it is the correct Folder_ID, I have triple-checked it, and according to the error message that isn't why the flow is failing.
By the way, the above error we all get with external accounts is an incompatibility of the NEW outlook with the popular SpamExperts outgoing spam blocker that most web-hosts use. The new outlook fails to send emails VIA these connected external accounts because it fails the SpamExperts filter due to "Messages should have one or no Date headers, not 2."
outbound.mailspamprotection.com is the address of the SpamExperts service. I have already contacted them, it is NOT a fault on their side, it is the new outlook. The old outlook was passing the filter without problems.
Click the Workfront icon in the upper-right corner of the email message to display the Workfront add-in.
You might need to click the down-pointing arrow in the upper right of your email to access the Workfront icon.
I have a weird issue where I send an email to someone and, when I receive their reply email, the contents of their reply does not show in Outlook 2019 (desktop app). There is a message body but it is simply my email to them (i.e. the email thread minus their reply).
What is strange is that I can see their reply when I view the same email on webmail and on the Android Outlook app. Furthermore, the content of their reply is contained in the "Content preview" in the email headers.
On the Android Outlook app, when I view their reply email it only shows their reply with a winmail.dat attachment. Upon opening the winmail.dat attachment (with a winmail.dat attachment viewer), I can see an RTF file with the email thread minus their reply and this is appears to replace their reply when I try to view their reply email in the Outlook desktop app.
