Hi everyone

I've attached a couple of flyers as I thought you might be interested to know more about this year's Lady Bay Open Arts event which takes place on the weekend of 19th and 20th May.  

I realise that some of you may be on other local mailing lists so I apologise if you receive this information from multiple sources.  However please do forward this email on to friends who may not be on a local mailing list and who you think may be interested.

We have lots happening throughout Lady Bay, and here at Seymour Road Studios we will be showing:

Exhibition and meet the artist - wonderful glass work by Anna French of Fizgig glass,

Exhibition - selected work by some of our painting, drawing and print-making students

Demo and chat - pottery students will be working in the workshop and will be ready to chat to you about some of the techniques they have learned

Drop in taster workshop - I will be running a drop-in have-a-go simple print-making workshop for anyone who fancies it!  

STOP PRESS - on Saturday DON'T MISS the Amazing Live HUMAN JUKEBOX created by Rod specially for this event!  You will be amazed and delighted by this wonderful creation with musical input provided through the Poppy Folk Club throughout Saturday

(NB....  so far this is a Saturday only event, but if possible we are hoping to have it active in one form or another on Sunday too ... any musicians, buskers, singers who would like to donate an hour or two of time on Sunday, please get in touch to learn more and discuss possibilities).
