Welcome back to the Potomac!  With the nation's worst sewage spill under control, we can again enjoy sailing on the water. Spring is coming, and so is our Spring Series.  But first we finish the interrupted Laser winter Frostbiting with the Capital City Regatta -- April 11-12.

In late May we have our annual Spring Regatta, two days of sailing for everyone.  We'll need help to run it correctly, so please sign up for Race Committee (and while you are at it, sign up for one of the Spring Series Sundays.)

I'll try to keep the fleets informed of what the Executive Board is doing, so you should be hearing from me at least once a month (more often if opportunities pop up).  See you on the water!! Your Commodore, Jim Graham
