Hello, fellow sailors...

 

DISC is starting to plan our 2026 racing schedule.  As always, most of our events are Tuesday evenings.  We're planning on six Saturday events next year, and this is an initial attempt at deconfliction:

 

April 11     Cherry Blossom Regatta        (in the vicinity of Hains Point)

May 9       Mount Vernon Chase             (Wilson Bridge to Mt Vernon)

June 13    Summer Regatta                    (Hains Point to Wilson Bridge)

Sept. 26   Fall High Point - Mt Vernon     (Wilson Bridge to Mt Vernon)

Oct. 10     Fall High Point - 3 Bridges      (Wilson Bridge - Douglass Bridge - 14th St Bridge)

Oct. 24     Fall High Point - Frostbite       (Hains Point to Wilson Bridge)

 

Ideally, we'd like to set dates that don't draw boats away from other clubs' events.  Let me know if you see any conflicts.  Cheers!
