Potomac Spring meeting Dec. 2

Those of us who have continued to serve on the Architectural Control
Committee have scheduled an annual meeting of the neighborhood
association for December 2 at 8:00 pm. We need 5 new members for the
Civic Association board and 4 members for the Architectural Control
Association (three members and an alternate). If you are willing to
serve on either the board or ACC or help with publicizing the meeting
and reorganizing the civic association please let me know.

I'm happy to serve, I don't have my work schedule yet for December so I can't commit to the meeting just yet.

Howard (and anyone else on this list), just so you know, we still have only about 1/3 of the households represented on this list, so in order to get the word out a little better, we might need paper flyers. I'd very much welcome someone who's good at list-servs coming up with a way to keep the list current and (approaching) completeness.

I am interested and would like to get more information on the two different committees and the functions/responsibitlities of the groups and individuals who volunteer. 

 

Unfortunately, I am not available on December 2nd.  Please let me know how I can get involved.
