Nate Shinagawa, Member of the Tompkins County Legislature and Administrator for the Robert Packer Hospital; and Linda Smith, Legislative Aide to New York Assemblywoman Barbara Lifton,  will present information on the Affordable Care Act including Health Insurance Exchanges, and state specific concerns about the New York Medicaid Redesign Team recommendations.
