disable HTTPS

Hi!
I'm newbie in Ruby..so my question may be a bit "easy" but I wanted to
ask if there is any way to disable HTTPS..

There is an option at the bottom of store.yml that should let you...

> redirect_to_ssl: true

Even still, I think this option only forces SSL under the production env.

Beyond some debugging the initial setup of your store however I would NOT
recommend running without SSL.
