Hi All,

Is there any way I can export my previous orders from Potion Store in
to a csv file, or something similar? I suppose I could do this
directly with MySQL, but I'm not familiar enough with it to be
confident not to corrupt the DB, so I was wondering if anyone had any
code they'd added to the store that could do this?

Thanks,

Jim

To my knowledge the store code doesn't have any tools for csv export.

If you can connect to the database remotely (bad idea for security reasons)
you could use a program like Sequel Pro to export to CSV. If you have no
remote connection just pull down a recent backup and do the csv export
local.

Hope this info helps.

Not really a bad idea as long as you use a secure tunnel - which, at least on my host, is the only way to make a connection anyway. If you have shell access on your host, just specify those details in the "SSH" connection settings. Oh, and I second Sequel Pro as the best app for the job.
