Preview QPSK modem demo

Hello list,

I've been working on a communications demo for user's to toy around
with. In the process some new blocks have been created, and others
improved, Especially the ability of the toolkit blocks to work with bursts.

I'm calling this a preview because there is much more that I want to do
with this demo. But in the interim, here is a over-the-air loopback
example that lets a user type into a chat box and send and receive a

Ubuntu packages and windows installers have been updated and should
contain any new blocks used in the aforementioned example.

Update:

Theres been a few improvements since, and I have created video a
