I have managed to get the CCTK copied to the device through the task sequence but when it tries to do the Setup password it fails with 0x00000093. If I open the command prompt and navigate to the CCTK folder and run the command I've got setup in the task sequence X:\CCTK\CCTK.exe --setuppwd=password it runs without an issue and the bios password is set.

I tried disabling the Intel Display Power Saving Technology, because the automatic foreground/background screen brightness adjustment is annoying. But I can't seem to find the option listed on most guides. There is no Display Power Saving Technology checkbox. There isn't even an Enable adaptive brightness setting in my power options.

A PowerShell package that does all these manipulations can be found inGithub dpst-control.After unzipping, you may use its scripts, named appropriatelyget-status.bat, disable-dpst.bat and enable-dpst.bat.

However, the problem is Intel does not save this setting changed by the user and the Display Power Savings Options will be automatically enabled everytime you reboot. After you follow Method 2, open Intel Graphics Command Center again and the Display Power Savings option should disappear. This works for my Lenovo laptop which has two graphics card.

Note that you have only 1 graphics card, then your FeatureTestControl will be in \0000 subkey. If you have 2 graphics card like mine, then your FeatureTestControl might be in \0000 or \0001 subkey. You can check your DriverDesc in both subkeys and I assume that the FeatureTestControl will only appear in the subkey in which the DriverDesc is an Intel Graphics Card.

Display Power Saving Technology can be turned off in Intel UHD Control Panel (driver ver. 26.20.100.7810), but to my dismay, it turns itself on relentlessly whenever I reboot. Lenovo ThinkPad 590.Registry: FeatureTestControl exists only in the \0000 subkey, not in \0001. Just search for it globally. Changing it there seems to have helped.

i was facing this problem with a DELL Latitude E5570 with windows 11 and intel HD Graphics 530, the new intel graphics command center does not have the disable powe saving technology option, neither the bios has this option, so, searching I found that I have an app installed called Dell Command Power Manager. In this app there is an option called "Battery extensor" (or something like that because the app is in another language), I activated the battery extensor option and changed the screen brightness to 75% and screen reduced flickering, it only happens when I turn on or off the laptop.

Matrix Storage Manager was only showing one of my two arrays (ARRAY_0000), so I tried updading to Rapid Storage Technology. RST still only shows one of my two arrays (ARRAY_0001) is missing. When I hit CTRL-I during boot to enter the bios, both arrays are shown, and Windows shows both drives and lets me access them... but RST insists on only showing one.

To confuse matters even more, the system report in the RST console shows both physical arrays but only one logical array. Yes, the 2nd drive in the ARRAY_0001 is marked as bad for the second time in two months (I just replaced the drive and rebuilt the array three weeks ago).

It appears that you're running into a naming conflict between the auto-generated array names (Array_0000 and Array_0001) and the name you chose for one of your volumes (Array_0001). To fix yur issue, we will need to rename the *volume* that currently is named Array_0001. That's made more difficult because the volume is not currently showing up in the user interface.

First (and this is optional) I'd recommend renaming your ARRAY0 volume to VOLUME0, just to be clear on what is a volume and what is an array. (With this driver, an array is a collection of disks. An array can contain either one or two volumes. It's a subtle distinction, and for the most part you can ignore it if you want to.)

Second, you'll need to shut down your computer. Right now you have your 715GB disks on ports 0 and 1, and your 954GB disks on ports 3 and 4. Switch this around so that your 715GB disks are on ports 3 and 4 while your 954GB disks are on ports 0 and 1. Doing this will change which array is identified first. When you boot back into Windows, you'll see that VOLUME0 (or ARRAY0 if you didn't rename it) is no longer visible, but your volume named ARRAY_0001 is visible.

I almost forgot to mention. The tray icon for RST seems to be aware of the 2nd array, as it shows the yellow exclamation mark and I get a balloon tip at boot that says the array is degraded... and the main UI is also aware of the degraded state, it just refuses to show the array.
