Hello,

You can make a google doc and share it but not make it public. You could give access only to the members of the list. Dropbox will be a problem soon as it has restricted storage capacity. I could send you the e-mails of the members of the list. Anyway even if you continue using Dropbox you will have to invite the rest of the members too. I don't think this will be straightforward. 

I would further suggest to try to be as open as possible. We cannot fight for transparency if we don't apply transparency ourselves. Now, perhaps there could be some information that should still be private. You can make a separate smaller file only for this part.
