J2EE Technical lead/Architect.

- Very good communication and positioning skills for effective
coordination between offshore and onsite teams. Direct interaction
with client SME),

Knowledge of JSP, Java Frameworks, Good knowledge of Webservices,
knowledge on DB2 database (Good to have).
- Good hands on Core Java capabilities
- Worked in multi-technology environment
- Good in managing customer expectations

- Provide technical leadership (75% Technical involvement, 25% co-
ordination).

- Efficiently manage multi-stream developments



Experience with Pension or 401 K is a huge advantage.
