orafce 3.3.1 dll for PostgreSQL 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6 for WIN32, WIN64

Hi

I am sending a updated version of Orafce.

Please test it.

Compiled by Visual C++ 2015, so you Visual C++ Redistrbutable for Visual Studio 2015 is necessary.

Usage:

1. Download, unzip and choose related dll file
2. Rename to orafce.dll and copy to PostgreSQL's lib directory (Program Files/PostgreSQL/9.2/lib)
3. copy orafce*.sql and orafce.control to PostgreSQL's share/extension directory (PostgreSQL/9.2/share/extension).

Hi

the sql script is little bit broken - there is reference on TOKEN function, but this function is not available on WIN - I am not able to compile LEX output in msvc.

Fixed script is in attachment.
