plpgsql_check 1.0.5 for MS Windows PostgreSQL 9.4, 9.5 and 9.6

Hi

I am sending compiled dll for these PostgreSQL releases.

Please test it.

Compiled by Visual C++ 2015, so you Visual C++ Redistrbutable for Visual Studio 2015 is necessary.

Usage:

1. Download, unzip and choose related dll file
2. Rename to plpgsql_check.dll and copy to PostgreSQL's lib directory (Program Files/PostgreSQL/9.2/lib)
3. copy plpgsql_check-1.0.sql and plpgsql_check.control to PostgreSQL's share/extension directory (PostgreSQL/9.2/share/extension).

Hi.
I tried to install the extension on PostgreSQL 9.5.4, 64 bits, Windows 10 (french) but got this error after executing "CREATE EXTENSION plpgsql_check;" :
"ERREUR: n'a pas pu charger la bibliothèque « C:/PostgreSQL/9.5/lib/plpgsql_check.dll » : unknown error 126

ERREUR: n'a pas pu charger la bibliothèque « C:/PostgreSQL/9.5/lib/plpgsql_check.dll » : unknown error 126
État SQL :XX000"

It's partially in french, sorry, but basically it says that the DLL could not be loaded. I double checked though, and I'm pretty sure I copied the right dll (plpgsql_check-9.5-x64.dll) file to /lib/ (plpgsql_check.dll)

Anything I could try ?

Yes, I do have "Visual C++ Redistrbutable for Visual Studio 2015" installed (both 32 and 64 bits versions).
