Summer Collection Drive (5th-8th May 2019) Like every summer, NSS IIT Delhi will be organising Summer collection drive from 5th of May. The collection drive is not possible without the involvement of sincere volunteers like you. So, we at NSS IIT Delhi are floating volunteering opportunity for this Summer collection drive.  The collected items will go to Goonj, an "India NGO of the Year" winner. After processing (washing, ironing) of such items, it delivers them to the needy people in return for their labour. The animal care products would be used for creating inclusive spaces for humans and animals in the campus. For more details on how the collected items are used, do have a look at the processing of collected items. Schedule of the drive: 5th May: Pitching in residential areas, Hostel Drive 6th May: Collection in residential areas, Hostel Drive, sorting 7th May: Collection in residential areas, sorting and loading 8th May: Loading To Volunteer : Register HERE  (Registration Deadline: 3rd May, 11:59 pm) Note: Volunteers will be required for pitching, collecting material from their hostels and from the residential apartments in IIT Delhi, and do sorting and packing of collected items. You can volunteer for any number of days. Volunteers will get a confirmation mail with details.
