I’ll have the windows stackbuilder packages this weekend.
I think yum.postgresql.org and apt.postgresql.org packagers are working on theirs and might be done now or soon.
Thanks,
Regina
I have in stack builder and downloads, PostGIS win 64-bit bundle 3.2.3 for PostgreSQL 9.6 – 14
https://postgis.net/windows_downloads/
For PG 15beta3, I just have the binaries. I’ll be releasing PG15 installer for 3.3.0 when PostGIS 3.3.0 comes out. Which is planned for this month or early next.

Calle,
I manage the Windows Stackbuilder Spatial Extensions section.
I usually wait till RC or official release before bothering to put on Stackbuilder, and just have the binaries here -- https://winnie.postgis.net/download/windows/pg15/buildbot/ for people to download and use that want to run with newer PostgreSQL or newer PostGIS
PG 15, I can release after EDB has pushed out a beta4. When I checked yesterday it was still at beta3. I still see only PG!5 beta3 here when I click the installer link -- https://www.enterprisedb.com/products-services-training/pgdevdownload
Unfortunately the taking out of SQL/JSON in PostgreSQL 15 broke our 3.3.0 and 3.2.3 builds for PostgreSQL 15. And 3.3.1 and 3.2.4dev are not compatible with PostgreSQL 15 < beta4.
I had pushed out a PostGIS 3.3.1 source release to fix which many packagers are using to work with PG15 beta4
I’m waiting till EDB pushes out a PostgreSQL 15 beta4 before creating windows builds for these.
Hope that clarifies things,
Regina
